“Always use this garage quick, honest and helpful .....plus they only do what needs doing rather than what they think they can charge for like others. A garage you can trust for me is better than a cheaper one you can't.”

“Haywards Heath Branch Three month ago I took my car to Parker’s with an air conditioning fault they told me the best place to go would be elite to find the leak. I booked my car in and told them that there was an issue with the air conditioning could they check for a leak. I picked up the car and was told there was no leak but the refrigerant level was small so had to be topped up so I had paid for an air conditioning service. After two months the air conditioning in the car started to make the same whooshing noises that it had the first time it had failed. Within another month it had stopped working. I took it into elite and was told on the last visit they had not looked for a leak they had just topped it up. I told them why I had brought it to them in the first place and then it was suggested to me that within the last three months the fault could have developed. I could see I was not going to get anywhere so walked out, I will not be going back very disappointed.”

“Booked my car in for an MOT at short notice online, a nice and straight forward process. I arrived on time, they were expecting, me and a very simple drop off process, polite friendly staff, They said it would be about an hour, I came back an hour later and the car was ready as they said it would be. A nice simple experience as it should be. Reception area was tidy and clean for a garage, which is what you want. I would recommend them”
