“I have used Elite for several years with great satisfaction. I had one problem this time. On booking, I requested that the wind down window control be fixed and a noise from beneath the car on starting the engine be investigated. Neither of these problems was fixed”

“We were on holiday in Shaftesbury when our car developed an electrical problem... We called into Elite and Brad was straight onto it, diagnosed the fault, ordered the sensor required and booked us in for the repair.... On the day of the repair, Brad's colleague was equally impressive with his care and attention..... All in all a very well run garage, helpful and friendly staff..... 💯% recommed”

“Very rapid reasonably priced service only replacing items requiring replacement after checking with me, the customer. After experience with a main dealer who required my car all day to change a light bulb and wanted to change two tyres 2 years ago - both still legal and passed MoT. Service and MoT carried out in 3 hours. Elite garages Southampton are brilliant as were all their staff.”

“Haywards Heath Branch Three month ago I took my car to Parker’s with an air conditioning fault they told me the best place to go would be elite to find the leak. I booked my car in and told them that there was an issue with the air conditioning could they check for a leak. I picked up the car and was told there was no leak but the refrigerant level was small so had to be topped up so I had paid for an air conditioning service. After two months the air conditioning in the car started to make the same whooshing noises that it had the first time it had failed. Within another month it had stopped working. I took it into elite and was told on the last visit they had not looked for a leak they had just topped it up. I told them why I had brought it to them in the first place and then it was suggested to me that within the last three months the fault could have developed. I could see I was not going to get anywhere so walked out, I will not be going back very disappointed.”
