“Great team - good people - always a friendly reception - totally honest and trustworthy. Elite have been my go-to garage for about 14 years now, and I see no reason to change. I like the way they work with the customer to find the best solution, and they are very fair with their pricing. The Company Promises are real and the team members uphold them. “Booked in for an aircon regas as planned at Southampton. When I collected the car, I asked about front discs and pads and the quote was £60-80 less than I had at a different garage. Mike then says 'They've got the parts in stock and we can do it this afternoon'. A couple of hours later, I'm picking the car up with cold working aircon and new front discs and pads. The cherry on top was getting a bodyshop recommendation as well! Great job from everyone on a Saturday, thank you for the hard work and making my car more comfortable and safer to drive.”
