“Very quick service - I needed the car fixed before the weekend as an emergency and they managed it, which was great. The staff were ok in the garage - I did find the work quoted (by Elite) for a third less than I was charged when I checked for other garages that may be able to do the work. I needed it fast, so I don't mind a little markup, but 50%? Still, they fixed it, which is all that mattered!”

“Bought most of my tyres for numerous cars with Elite over many years. Never disappointed. This time from going to your site, explaining the situation regarding my needs, to ordering then fitting took about 3 hours considering had to be delivered from storage. Good effort. Biggest grumble was sign in waiting area saying toilets in forecourt shop but they were only available for staff not good on a cold day.”

“Took my car for a MOT and at first I thought they messed up as due to emissions, the car failed MOT twice. In the end I thought they were well meaning and honest, although I would say it lacked communication with customer,as I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my car. They are well busy so that could be why they didn't call with updates. I'd like to pint out their Mngr, Chris, was very polite and understanding even though he could tell I was frustrated over the phone when talking to him and it's an asset to the company. I would bring my car back for a service.Thanks.”

“The Elite garage at Pulborough, responded very well to my tyre cost enquiry and were around £6 cheaper than another local tyre retailer. On the day reception and service was excellet with very good customer service, well done !!”
