“Efficient and helpful service. Reasonable prices compared to other local tyre suppliers. No waiting, just drove into vacant bay and tyre was replaced straight away though this has not always been my experience.”

“Easy to book online, reminder emails sent. Work carried out quickly. Only small issues were there were no visible employees when I arrived and I was stood in the office for about 5 minutes before anyone came out (no bell to ring to get attention either). Then new bulbs were fitted to pass MOT without calling me first; of course I would have said yes but it’s still courteous to get agreement before fitting. All that said, I would recommend and use again.”

“I was very pleased with Elite garages, the only thing was I was waiting in Waitrose with a coffee and a read, waiting for them to contact me to let me know the job was done but they didn't. I went over and asked, and it was ready. It would have been good to have a call to say 'ready to pick up'. But I did enjoy a quiet read, so all was not lost. Thank you.”
