“Got a nail in the tyre and though they were busy they put a new wheel on and I was on my way in 40 minutes. I always recommend them to all my girl friends as I never feel patronised or ripped off.”

“Except for one guy who is always rude (not just to me - heard home swearing under his breath at another customer for trying to drop off a car when it’s confusing where to park), I’ve generally had a good service. But to be honest because of this guy, would change if I could find somewhere as convenient.”

“The work was ok. My only comment is that after battery was change and fitted to my car. The staff doesnt even help me put my old battery to put in box he just left it in the ground. And im the one who clean the Styrofoam and bring back the battery on my car. And he was just watching 🙄”

“Quick service, great communication, fair price. I had a problem where the clutch cable was fitted wrong and it was difficult to drive but the Manager of the branch quickly called my nearest branch in Southampton and sorted the issue.”

“My BMW 320D was showing a large engine yellow warning light which caused it to reduce power. Elite analysed and cured the problem by resetting some fault codes. The small engine light is still showing but the car is running fine. They said to return the car should it develop any further problem and they would sort it. Good job done.”
