“Had a rubbing noise from a front wheel. Elite took it for a drive and diagnosed a disc brake heat shield that had become slightly bent. Straightened it and didn't charge for it. Thank-you Elite Garage.”

“Whilst I was pleased that the work was carried out much quicker than expected I drove home feeling satisfied. However on checking my tyres the following morning both the car computer and my hand held tyre pressure gauge showed all four tyres had been inflated with widely different pressures - 2.3, 2.5, 2.9 and one at 2.2 the correct pressure. Needless to say pretty awful considering.”

“Always an excellent, hassle free, service from Elite at Haywards Heath. All staff, particularly Raymond, are extremely helpful and friendly….apart from one ‘Mr Grumpy’ on the desk who isn’t helpful or friendly at all.”

“Failed my MOT due to a tyre tread depth and some other issues and quoted me £250 for the work. Would be £305, with the cost of another MOT. Got the work done at my usual place for £150. Wouldn’t go back.”
