“Always an excellent, hassle free, service from Elite at Haywards Heath. All staff, particularly Raymond, are extremely helpful and friendly….apart from one ‘Mr Grumpy’ on the desk who isn’t helpful or friendly at all.”

“Failed my MOT due to a tyre tread depth and some other issues and quoted me £250 for the work. Would be £305, with the cost of another MOT. Got the work done at my usual place for £150. Wouldn’t go back.”

“Newport Isle of Wight - honest and reliable. Booked car in for a new clutch to be fitted due to noise being made when pressing on pedal, received phone call to say that they weren't convinced the car need a new clutch and would investigate a bit more as the clutch pedal was no longer making the noise. Kept car over night to try at different points and received call to say no new clutch required. I am so impressed by the honesty, as I wouldn't have queried a new clutch, turns out it just needed greasing. Thank you, I have recommended to friends and colleagues already and would highly recommend officially on here too.”

“Raomund was rude and unprofessional. He did not want my custom and provided inaccurate advice which is worrying. Artur on the other hand was great. I will not be recommending Elite Garages to anyone.”
