“A couple of years ago they fitted a rear light cluster I'd bought and couldn't fit myself. For a tenner. They were so helpful I always go back to them. Most recently they serviced my car. It was simple, straightforward and the car was ready when they said it would be.”

“I always use Elite in Canterbury. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have never had a cause to complain. They carry out the work to the highest standard. All the staff are highly professional and extremely friendly. No job is to big or to small. Their prices are very competitive. I never feel like I have been ripped off like I have with other garages. If you have never used them try them you will not be disappointed.”

“Labour cost is competitive. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside of my experience with my local elite garage was that the guys were flat out and answering the phones as well. Someone manning reception permanently is needed.”

“Excellent customer service! Even though they were busy a friendly man called Jeff came out to look at my car, explained the problem and fixed it temporarily until I could book it in to get fixed permanently. Highly recommend!”

“We’ve been using Elite Canterbury for many years and found them to be highly honest and professional and highly competent. I have recommended others including my daughters to use Elite, including one at the Brighton branch. They have looked after many different cars for us including lots of VWs and Volvo.I have just brought my Seat to them after some ‘odd’ experiences to say the least at local main dealer (no longer approved ) during warranty period. What a relief to get back to an intelligent, personal service that’s also local to me and at prices that aren’t eye-watering too! Thanks to Ian and the team.”
