“I was taking my car to this garage few times in the past, but seems their standards are not the same as before, in August I book my car for a repair, I left the car early in the morning at garage and when I called at @ 2.15 PM they even didn't start doing anything on my car. I got a call at @18.00 saying that the car is going to be done next day and ready to collect at 9.45. But the problem still not resolved with the noise/ suspension on driver site, even was road tested by the mechanic before.”

Afternoon Florica, I am sorry to hear you felt your recent visit to our Caterham branch wasn't up to the usual high standard. I am aware they have had staff issues due to holidays which may explain the longer than expected delay on work being carried out, so apologies for this. “Found Elite on google ..reviews sounded very positive, so I went down on a Saturday afternoon. And genuinely there are the most accommodating and helpful guys I’ve met in a very long time..fitted me in no problem. Honest opinion and very transparent with prices. Trust is everything , will definitely be taking the cars to them for maintenance and any issues in the future.”

“service is good advice is good and helpful as of this date 26th august 2019 they are short staffed and had to chase what was going on over the five days they had my car taking into account car went in on a friday and the monday was a bank holiday got car back on the wednesday .would recomened elite garages they are good hope they get staff sorted.”
