“Polite and efficient staff,”

“I took my transit connect in for a wheel bearing and A.B.S light on dash. I was told i needed a wheel stud as the thread was worn seemed fine before. I am still waiting for a phone call to confirm they have this my A.B.S liight is still on and i have been charged for computerized wheel allignment which has not been done. I used this garage out of desperation as my regular garage was busy on the day. I would not recommend anybody to take a vehicle to them for any reason. A total letdown.”

“En route to our summer holiday our alternator and battery died. Called Elite at opening time on a Monday morning. By 1:20, parts had been ordered, fitted and we made it to our ferry. Without their excellent service we’d have missed our holiday. Cannot praise them enough”

“I have used Elite Garages (Caterham) for many years and have always found them courteous, accommodating and exceedingly helpful. Andy on reception will always endeavour to get you seen by one of the mechanics as soon as possible and if parts are needed they are generally sourced very quickly.”
