“In general a very good but still haven’t resolved the vibration and noise I get from the new brake pads and discs they fitted, something which I suspect I will have to resolve myself now and of course at more expense to myself.”

“Very quick and efficient service. Phoned at 8.30am for MOT & exhaust replacement. Was booked in for 10.30am the same day. Received a phone call from Elite at 12.14 to say work was completed and car was ready to collect....Absolutely brilliant!”

“Had 4 tyres fitted at Eastbourne branch. Waited a long time almost 2 hrs . staff were swearing at each other and winding each other up right in front of me not a pleasant place to wait for tyres”

Really sorry to hear about your recent experience at our Eastbourne branch. Rest assured this is not the usual high standard that Elite pride ourselves in. I will be investigating this matter to ensure it does not happen again.

“Very happy helpful service the guys were polite and fitted the new tyre quickly all round good service. I was very surprised as on other times I had tyres fitted there it was a lot different the other guys not the guys there Saturday were not so helpful a lot of locals that had tyres fitted there said the same but very happy with the service on Saturday”
