“Haven’t had any issue with this garage before except for this time, the was a big scuff on my leather steering wheel and the drivers seat was pulled very close, so it seem someone has scuffed the steering when whilst getting in or out. Not to pleased about that. They need to take more of customers vehicles”

“I did not have a good experience with Elite. I had my brake pads booked in at 8:30 and an MOT at 12:30. I had not heard anything so called at 13:30 and was advised my car failed on brake pads which were meant to have already been done. I wasn’t able to pick my car up until 4pm - it took over two hours for brake pads to be done. My partner lost half a days work due to taking the morning off and not expecting it to take this long. Had my brake pads been fitted at the time they were booked I would have been able to pick up my car much earlier.”

“I am very sorry but this guys just waste my time. 2 hours waiting for couple of tires, after they say they only have one, Only excuses. sorry but i do not recommended this garage”

“Had my car done ,after completing the job done they called me to say the brake pipe busted,due to their carelessness in not fitting it properly happened while test driving,two weeks after doing wheel alignment or tracking ,near side track rod end comes undone and could have been worse if I was on a motorway...would not go back to them and would not recommend either,would lodge a complain against them to the Motor Ombudsman since no one bothered to reply to my email.Please refrain from going to Elite Garages Portsmouth,total rip-off”

“Took my Audi A6 to Bournemouth branch for 2 bulbs and a tyre and booked it for glow plugs and service for the following week. Shocking service missed 21 bulb telling me all were working. Then when changing it they affected all the cluster and were pointing the blame at the car. Didn’t have a clue about the car and eventually got it working after I myself turned the ignition off and on. They then called the following day with some pathetic story why they couldn’t do my service and glow plugs due to potential complications. Worst garage ever if they can’t change a bulb, replace glow plugs and do a service the should find another day job absolutely no knowledge and total lack of competence”

“I took my transit connect in for a wheel bearing and A.B.S light on dash. I was told i needed a wheel stud as the thread was worn seemed fine before. I am still waiting for a phone call to confirm they have this my A.B.S liight is still on and i have been charged for computerized wheel allignment which has not been done. I used this garage out of desperation as my regular garage was busy on the day. I would not recommend anybody to take a vehicle to them for any reason. A total letdown.”
