“Not happy with my new tyre fitted just before Christmas. Bought 2 new tyres, drove away and shortly afterwards my tyre deflation warning light came on. Returned car to garage where mechanic told me their tyre pressure gauge was faulty and they had over filled one tyre and under filled the other. Was told this had been put right. Spent all Xmas/New Year with tyre deflation warning light and tyre that after a week was registering zero. Therefore hardly able to drive my car at all. Phoned garage to report (also emailed but no response) the problem, no apology, my partner returned car to garage and suggested mechanic check the valve setting. Turns out this was the cause of my tyre deflating but only discovered on third visit and a lot of inconvenience. Won’t be returning here”

“The staff are always (in Shaftesbury) very welcoming and are mercifully free of the “sharp intake of breath” syndrome that can make car ownership so awful. Prices are reasonable and they do not carry out unneeded work. Recommended.”
