“My Abarth was damaged during a tyre fitting at Elite Garages Canterbury on the near side front brake caliper and near side skirt trim, which can be seen in pictures below. The vehicle was immaculate before the fitting and I have a pre - appointment walkaround video as evidence. Blackcircles / Elite Garages Canterbury have not accepted responsibility.”

“Phoned, ordered two tyres, appointment the following day, tyres fitted in half an hour for quoted price. I have used Elite's services exclusively in the past ten years, a good and reliable service.”

“I arrived at the garage with a puncture just before closing time after a shopping trip to Shaftesbury. The staff were kind, efficient, and got the job done in spite of having to finish up the other cars they were working on, and I was able to get home. I was very impressed, and will book them for my MOT.”

“Very disappointed booked car in for service and Mot failed due to broken back on passenger wing mirror (not a mot fail in fact not part of mot) front light bulbs needed replacement and other mechanical problems felt let down that they did not do service BEFORE mot so that faults could be rectified I have now taken car to garage down the road who I feel confident will do a good job.”
