“friendly polite and truthful we were quoted a repair for app £400 but a phone call a short while later informed us that the fault was after inspection and cleaning was not as bad as originally quoted and that the repair would now be around the £260 price now how about that for honesty since then i have taken my car in for repair it is also booked in for its mot. so you see that through the managers honesty elite in canterbury wincheap have two customers who intend to stay with them and will recommend you further. well done elite for your honesty well done to the manager and staff `”

“I rang on a Saturday morning to replace discs and pads all round, they had the parts in by 12 and were finished the work at 3:30 as they said. Very pleased with their service, have previously had tyres fitted by them. Would highly recommend to them everybody.”

“I was unfortunate to break down on Monday. I called Elite to see if I could be recovered to them and was told to bring it in. I left it with them expecting to hear news about the repair on Wednesday. About an hour and a half after I dropped it off I received a phone call telling me what was wrong and the price to fix it. More importantly I was told that it would be completed by Tuesday lunchtime. I can't say enough how polite, courteous and prompt Elite were. I have used Elite regularly for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Elite”
