“Hi, I am highly delighted with my dress suit I received from you today. When I ordered I wasnt sure I was going to like the items, but can I say the quality is exceptional, they fit me like a glove and they are a very affordable price. I will definitely save you as one of my favourites and would like others to know about your fantastic clothes”

“THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT.THE WEBSITE HAS EASY INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW AND THE DELIVERY CAME WHEN IT SHOULD OF.THE PARCEL WAS IN GOOD CONDITION .IT WAS LOVELY TO RECEIVE CLOTHES ALREADY ON THERE HANGERS AND WITH POLYTHENE COVERS OVER THEM I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.”

“The quality of Elvi clothing, in my experience, has always been faultless. Sizes tend to be true, garments are well made and everything is forgiving after a wash. It's easy to order off the website. Easy to navigate, clear instructions and good images. The only improvement that could be made, is it would be useful to have all the clothing modelled, with varying views. Having ordered from the website, orders come through promptly and are well packaged (to avoid any potential damage). On the rare occasion I have returned something, I have experienced no problems. The returns policy is clear, and refunds are usually prompt. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elvi in terms of product quality and service.”

“Garmets always arrive in beautiful condition and are always fantastic quality! For me they are a little too short in arm and leg length (as I am 6ft tall) but for garmets where this is not so important, they are lovely!”

“I got my first order today, and my skirt and top fit like a glove. The quality is amazing, and the shipping was much faster than I expected. Most importantly, I sent an email about a discount code from a blog, and even though my order had gone through, they took the discount off. They didn't have to do it, but they did and were so nice about it. I went back and ordered more clothes, and I will be a lifelong customer because of both the beautiful, well-made clothes and the wonderful customer service. I could not be happier with Elvi!”
