“Blouse loooked nothing like the one on the website. I would be reluctant to order from Elvi again, due to losing confidence in the website advertising goods as they are.”

“Some pretty clothes, but wildly bizarre ideas on sizing. I bought a dress, which came up fairly large, and a pair of jeans which came up so ludicrously small that although I'd bought a size 16 they were roughly like a size 12 in most shops. So be prepared for some sizing surprises!”

“Problem with Royal Mail. I was not in for initial delivery, and no card left. Checked their website and re-arranged delivery for 16th Nov. They tried to deliver on Wed 15th Nov, again nobody in. I have re-arranged for 21st Nov, and we'll see what happens. I have no issues with Elvi.”

“The service I received from Elvi was excellent my order arrived on time but was sorry they did not fit so had to return them this was easy too do with drop off point and again the speed at which you e-mail me about my refund amazed me so I will shop at Elvi again”
