“My package arrived VERY quickly to the US. The quality of the products in the two pieces i own have been very high and everything seems true to size. the website doesn't show us sizing so it can be a bit confusing.”

“I was rather disappointed in these trousers as the fabric is poor quality and I don't think they will wear very well. However after looking long and hard for some black 'non-skinny ' trousers, which seem very hard to find I decided to keep them. I have worn them twice and they look ok.”

“I loved Elvi when I first started shopping at Elvi's: well made clothing at reasonable prices. Then 9/23/17 order was placed. The grey boyfriend coat I ordered at $100.08. The next day Elvi had reduced the coat by $30. I emailed you asking for a credit, never heard back from you. Then I received the order. The boycott was ok but instead of the grey tweed pants I had ordered along withe the coat I received something flowery silky. I went to the post office and returned the flowery silky something in exchange for the tweed pants. It cost me $25.09 at the post office which I hope you will credit me since it was Elvi's fault not mine. So now I am waiting to hear from you re $55 credit or refund. Barbara Paolini”

“I love the unique pieces. They are a great addition to what would no doubt be a boring wardrobe, if I was left to purchase what is in my local Midwest-American stores. The quality of each piece has been top notch and best of all, affordable.”

“Velvet jacket & trousers was rammed into polythene bag so tightly it was impossible to even consider keeping, did try on the jacket which had no look at all also nice belt but was far too small for size Did not meet never mind tie.”

“Hi there. I was super super excited to make my first purchase with Elvi! I ordered 5 items, and I liked all of them, but one of the items (an auburn pair of pleated pants) came damaged. There were 4 holes/rips in the fabric near the hemline. I was so incredibly disappointed, because I expect more from Elvi than Forever 21-like construction and foibles like that. I figured that if I was going to invest in a more expensive, unique pair of pants from a smaller company such as Elvi, that they would be a pair of pants that I would treasure for years. I love the pants, and I’m going to take them to a tailor to see what they can do. I will try to fix them and I will most likely still treasure them, but the fact that they came damaged makes me worry for the longevity and wearability of the fabric. “The clothing items i purchased from ELVI were delivered soooo fast. I was amazed at the speed. The clothes were great. The fit on two of the items was just right. One item I felt ran a tad bit small, but I can still make it work. I"m so glad that I discovered ELVI from Tess Holiday page. Love It. I have spread the word to my girlfriends to check out this awesome site.”

“I’m so not sure what has happened to Elvi clothing. I have purchased some lovely things in the past. However, the dusty pink boyfriend coat - original price £89 was not even lined except in the sleeves and badly creased due to the way it was packaged. Also the fastening was rather amateurish in the way it was stitched on. Also what happened to the lovely boxes and tissue you used to pack the clothing in?”
