“I've had a VERY hard time communicating with you all. When I initially ordered, I tried to talk to someone immediately about the clothes being the wrong size (US calculations). No response for 4 days. Now I am trying to return those clothes and the link on your return page about the paperwork I need to fill out doesn't even exist. I have emailed about this and again now response. I just want to return these clothes that are obviously still the wrong size and get my money back. Very poor customer service. Will not be using you again.”

“Sorry - had to return it - lovely blazer but too small - size 26 is too low cut off point for us large people M&S go to size 28 on all things and 30/32 on some things 26 too small for the fabulous and different clothes sold by Elvi - please consider making it a bit bigger - the market is out there”

“Very fast delivery, which is great. The outfit is beautifully made but the sizing is crazy. It should have been big and I could barely get the trousers on. No relation to what the size should have been. So I am very disappointed as I need something like this for an imminent trip. I am going to have to return it, very regretfully.”

“I'd love to write a positive review as the top is beautiful but I accidentally ordered the wrong size- even thou I was on the US version of the site it was not clear to me that the sizes were still in UK sizes. I am trying to do an exchange and cannot get a return form off the site. I have tried to contact customer service and have not been able to get a response.”
