“THIS TOP WAS 1ST QUALITY MADE AND LOVELY, BUT THE FIT WAS VERY BIG ON ME AND THEREFORE ON THE DAY I RECEIVED IT, I RETURNED IT STILL AWAITING ON A REFUND THROUGH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.”

“quick ship. However I didn't like the sizing. The dress I ordered was wayyyyy to small and I followed the size chart and checked my own measurements! What's worse is I tried to ship back but the shipping from the states is insane. So Im stuck with it. :(”

“I ordered 2 x tops. They arrived quickly and tried them both on but but unfortunately they didn't fit. I;m too big or they're too small :-( Well made; loved the styles - the material - everything about them - but sadly am having to return them.”

“The dungarees were lovely and a great fit around the waist and hips but unfortunately made for someone much taller than my 5'4". From waist to crotch they were way too long and of course the leg length would suit someone of 6' tall. Needless to say I'll be returning them which is disappointing.”

“I placed an order to the United States, not realizing that I couldn't return items without paying the full international return shipping rates. While I don't particularly fault UK businesses for not paying for international returns --the return policy for international orders is not stated separately in the returns section of their website. The day I ordered was advertising 'all shipping and returns free' as well. The reason I'm giving them a terrible review is not about the quality of the clothes, but simply because when I sent a message to customer service, I explicitly asked if they could provide a shipping label for the return (which would be cheaper for me, even if deducted from my refund, because of lower commercial international shipping rates/options). The response, not only didn't acknowledge this content in my message, -- I received a form email response only including a hyperlink to the useless 'Returns' section of the Elvi website. That is even missing links on it -- for UK customers. Also in my initial message, I pointed out that one item was missing from my package (a skirt necessary to coordinate with a top--a top not suitable for any other purpose than to wear with the skirt) and stated if Elvi could not provide a better return shipping option to at least please refund the cost of the skirt or send one. They also didn't acknowledge this comment in their form response, so I emailed back explicitly asking about the skirt. But I received no second response. Not only am I 'eating' the full cost of this order even though a couple items didn't fit correctly, but I didn't even receive everything I ordered. (It was my first time ordering from them -- and the sizing was not consistent. I have a top that is too small even though it is a size larger than the rest of the order. And a skirt that is too large but is the same size as all the other items) Huge disappointment. It was nice to finally see more tasteful, but trendy, plus size clothing suitable for work environments available.”

“Great quality packaging and presentation and it was a pleasant surprise to receive such a nice, sturdy and neat package in comparison to all the other online stores I usually buy from. It's all in the details. In terms of the clothes, each item is carefully thought-out and well designed. There is a considerable difference in the quality of cloth and general cut of ELVi's clothes in comparison to other online and high street brands. It may be a little pricier than other online stores but the quality you are paying for is undeniable. I had to make a few returns simply because the style didn't suit me but Elvi makes it hassle-free and efficient to do returns too. All in all, very happy. Thanks and I'll be seeing you again!”
