“It was easy to place the order and also to delete the clothes I did not want to buy. The pictures of clothes are very outstanding making it easy to choose what you want. Delivery was prompt and I have located an outlet where I can send my returns as sometimes the size fits are different Linah Chauke”

“This was my first time shopping with Elvi and it was a pleasant surprise. Whilst not all of the items fitted and I sent a couple back, the ones I kept are gorgeous. I bought the orange coatigan and mustard jacket and they are lovely, great quality and both in the sale. I've been dreaming up outfits to go with them! I might even start blogging again as they inspired me. If I could improve anything it would be the returns process. I expect free returns via the post office but coped with paying as delivery was free (first time customer). I won't put me off Elvi it just means I'll be more cautious with what I buy.”

“This was my first order with Elvi. I found the website easy and was impressed by the delivery and the way everything was packed. In fact having done one order I did another a few days. I did have a query with sizing but this was sorted out by the helpful lady on your helpline. I have a lot of your clothes bought a long time ago in your shops and know they fitted me. My coats jackets etc have lasted well and still look good. I do not like shopping on line but with my experience of your clothes in the past and a wedding coming up I decided to take a gamble. I am glad that I did as the quality and fit is still there. Thank you.”

“I bought rust coloured blouse, green patterned jersey with camisole, taupe patterned blouse and a brown top. All of them are good quality, good fit. Even better value as bought via outlet. The best part for me is the colours not many ranges include these colours and choice of clothes in this colour palette All of these colours flatter my colouring, making me feel good which makes me feel I look good! (in my opinion) Thank you.”
