“I thought I'd found a couple of nice items but when delivered, they were poorly folded in bags way too small. Elvi used to ship its products on hangers and with wrappers, but now it seems that there is a challenge to get even a jacket folded into a tiny plastic bag. Sorry very disappointed”

“Nice top, but, skirt not suitable. It was a poor fit compared with another skirt I have had for a long time. I returned the skirt via a local pick up point within the hour but have had no feed back or refund as yet !!!”

“I love the designs, and the clothes are very well made. The polyester items can be scratchy though, and international shipping is killer :(. Would buy much more if shipping was more reasonable! Will have to stick to buying Elvi through Asos.”

“The website has lovely pictures of nicely-designed,interesting clothes. But when they arrived the jacket was a made of a strange fabric like fake snakeskin, in a biker style which wasn't how it looked on the site, and the blouse was made of a thin jersey for sleeves (too narrow and back, and the cheapest-possible satiny-rayon fabric for the front. The buttons were ball buttons on a shank, while the buttonholes were much too large for them so that just putting your hands on your hips made 2 out of 3 buttons pop out of the holes. Overall it looked cheap and nasty. A very sad wasted opportunity to produce genuinely interesting clothes in larger sizes - jacket and blouse both looked like they might last one wearing in a club where it would be too dark to see the shoddy workmanship and cheap materials. Very disappointing.”

“I was most please with the quality of the items I received. The price I paid was beyond reasonable. Everything fit perfectly. One item was 3x less then the advertised price on Nordstroms website. Elvi you have become my new favorite”

“i placed my first order about a week ago. I admit I was nervous ordering items from the UK on how long it would take and what to expect. It could not have gone better. I got the items in about a week all the way to California. The clothes fit great, good quality and really exceeded my expectations. I will order again from them.”

“The size was off compared to the size chart. Return cost as much as 46 dollars to exchange or return. Not worth it.”
