“I love the clothes of Elvi, but I have one complaint about the clothes. I am saddened that although you do bigger sizes, it is not reflected enough in the limbs of the items. I was so disappointed in my last order, as I loved the green jacket.”

“Amazing products and service! I ordered a beautiful faux fur coat I had my eye on from a different website, but it was much more expensive. I decided to search for the brand instead and that's how I discovered Elvi! So I bought the coat directly from the brand, it was much cheaper and it is perfect! The shipping was really quick as well. Flawless experience!”

“Hi elvi I loved your super fast tracked international shipping but you need to set up a pre paid courier return system for international customers. The courier quote on me returning some items is 140 dollars Canadian so I cannot order again.”

“I ordered 3 items but when parcel arrived there were only 2 items with no instruction to say the third was being delivered separately. I telephoned your customer services on Saturday and left all relevant information but I have not had any response from you yet.”
