“Very prompt delivery and I was especially pleased to find it was by Royal Mail rather than a courier - it's so much easier to go and collect from the post office than having to sort something out with couriers. One item was too big so I am exchanging for a smaller size and the free returns via a "Collect" drop-off was appreciated too - and I got an acknowledgement the next day. All round good service. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that the second item turned out to have styling details I didn't like and hadn't been able to see in the online photos, so have returned that one.”

“As a first-time customer, I'm pleased to let you know that ordering was simple, quality of the clothes was amazing, and delivery was super fast. The only information I would appreciate, would be the actual measurements of the product in different sizes. For one jacket the total length was to the floor (I'm 173 cm tall), but the bust measurement was perfect. Also for another product the coat was perfect, but the sleeves were rather wide. So, for me, I probably need to order 1-2 size smaller than I usually do and minor tailoring will make them perfect. :D”

“Dear Elvi, I am one of your regular customers and I love shopping with you. You always supply different clothing from the other big stores. Although I am 81, I am fashionable and I love a good quality garment which you always provide. I am not a wealthy woman but I save for some clothes. Your SALES are superb and I buy a lot of my standard wardrobe in your SALES. I have just splashed out on your wonderful embroidered net dress for my Great Grandson's Baptism in June.....I cannot wait for it. I should be walking by then after my total hip replacement (18th April). I have so much to look forward to with your help in finding a truly suitable and comfortable garment.....Thank You.....Elsie Richardson XXX”

“Lovely quality trousers, the orange is ,more of a deep salmon colour though and the stripes are generally all of more muted colours than they appear. Not a traditional linen, they look to have a more silky, slub appearance. They are true to size, a bit long on me and I'm 5ft 8.”

“The coat is amazing, good pattern and the fur is amazing. The only problem I could have is that he sizing chart is quite small compared with other brands, usually I wear a 22/24 and here a 26 is a bit tight. Anyway the brand has the measures in the website so you already notice that the size run small (maybe in the future could be posible make the size range bigger). Anyway I'm enjoying the coat very much and I fell quite comfortable with it. Hope Elvi keep the quality like this in the future!”
