“I ordered 3 cami tops at size 18. Delivery was prompt but all three are too tight. I have for many years bought these type of tops from Elvi when there were shops and sections in department stores - I am still wearing some of them - and I have always bought size 18. It would not be any use buying size 20 instead as they are then too large around the armholes ( I do not have an enormous bust size). I am very disappointed and have returned all 3.”

“I wanted a new suit for a job interview, but couldn't t face going shopping two weeks before Christmas. I found a lovely suit on the elvi site, and having bought elvi clothes before knew that the size and quality would be fine. I was astounded when the suit arrived 2 days later ( standard delivery paid for) when the news had been full of delays to deliveries. The suit fitted perfectly and I got the job”

“First time I have ordered items came quickly, didn't like Blue High Low top as it was very big, so was Green Round Neck Jumper, however Teal Lace Pencil Skirt was beautiful and I am thinking of keeping it. Beautiful clothes, have seen these in a department store, classy.”

“The item I bought was not flattering so it was returned. In the past elvi have produced black cotton/ polyester mix t- shirts with a neat round neckline, suitable for wearing to work under a jacket or casually with jeans. Mine are starting to look their age so please bring them back. Remember cotton with some polyester is so much more comfortable to wear than viscose, I don't need to explain why!”

“To be honest I was really disappointed with this item. It's the first time I've bought from Elvi on line having formerly gone to a shop. Reading the description of the top I anticipated a black sparkly jumper and I think that's what the description conveyed, what I got was something so fine and flimsy that it is practically see through . I would be very unhappy wearing this without a camisole top or similar underneath. I bought it hoping to use it for smart work events .....I work for a hospice ...but it's completely unsuitable. I'm not quite sure what I will do with it. Such a shame.”

“I love your clothes, the styles (elasticated waists I'm sorry to say, it should be stated in all your skirt descriptions whether or not they are elasticated), quality, color combinations and value for money - but I regret to say I have been very disappointed in this years collection - your matching tops and skirts are just wonderful - unfortunatley these have been very few this year - hopefully next season will be- different. More tops with short or cap sleeves - larger ladies should have sleeves. Wendy Dick 16.12.2014”

“The quality of the clothing is very good. They all arrived in a couple of days. And my money was refunded for the items i returned. Only critic would be the i had to go up a size to get the right fit but not on all the items. Some fitted perfectly.”

“I ordered a selection of suits and blouses and was delighted with the quality of everything. Some things did not look as nice on as others but it is easy and free to return unsuitable items. Everything I've laundered has held up really well. I was worried about a cardigan because I'm really good at ruining knitwear but it has kept it's shape beautifully and a black dress (with sequins around the waist) looks just as good as new. I could not be happier with the quality and service from Elvi and will definitely buy from them again.”

“Elvi is the one company I can depend upon to supply top quality clothing at a reasonable price. Their clothes fit me, their clothes are well made and come in great designs. I always go to elvi first when looking for something to buy. I wore an elvi top to my granddaughters wedding in July and I think every single guest asked where I had got it from and how fab it was. Ordering is easy and goods are delivered promptly. Returning goods is also easy, although I have only returned goods once and this was due to me ordering the wrong item. Prompt repayment to my account. WELL. Done ELVI.”

“Taking advantage of an Elvi price promotion, I bought a dress, 2 blouses and a pair of trousers. The dress is excellent, exactly what I expected from the description online and fits well. The white blouse is a generous sizing and lovely quality. The top with green back button design is beautiful but the sizing is not at all generous, and smaller than the blouse which the label says should be the same in both cases. Petite navy trousers are exactly as described, but slightly disappointed in the quality. Elvi clothes are not cheap and it must be of good quality in order to keep customers.”

“I have just rediscovered Elvi after 14 years, and its been wonderful, the item are so lovely, so well made, so much younger than I remembered from before and a great mix, which complement each other, so you can buy a one off piece or an outfit. And the prices are great, thanks, I will be back again and again xxx”

“The top that I ordered plunged past the waist at the front so I returned it as it was impossible to wear without something else underneath. The photography and description weren't clear on this aspect of the style. The online service and very speedy delivery were great.”
