“I have used Elvi for about 8 years for mainly workwear. They have good quality fabrics that are well cut. The styles vary so some don't suit, whereas others are my staple wardrobe. There is a good mix of classic and unusual designs to suit most occasions.”

“One package I had returned to Elvi went missing. When I didn't get the expected refund I contacted Customer Services - they couldn't have been more helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening with an eventual good outcome for me in the form of a full refund, for which I was very grateful as I am on a restricted budget. I like Elvi clothes because they are good quality, a generous cut, and stylish for the fuller figure. Thanks Elvi!”

“I am a customer since more than 6 years ago . I am really satisfied with the clothes that I bought from elvi as the material & the designs are very elegant &suitable for sizes larger than 16. The contact team are very cooperative & they respond very quickly to any email & give very good help & answer to any query . My regards”

“I recently sent for 5 items when Elvi were offering a discount. I had visited there stand at the plus North event and was impressed with their style and quality of products. Particularly I am so impressed that you do not rely on polyester and acrylic for all of your clothes, but still manage to keep reasonably competitive price ranges. I was not disappointed , 3 of the items the black roll neck tunic, V neck fluffy jumper and the hounds tooth scarf are amazing. The scarf I wear nearly every day. Worth every penny. The dress and tunic unfortunately were returned as poor fits.(more to do with my height I am only 4ft 11" Delivery to a nearby collection point was really simple as was return and the money refunded within 10days. An excellent experience which I hope to repeat, Well done Elvi!”

“I was really impressed with the range of clothing Elvi had on offer, the offers available (I found everything I needed in the Outlet) and the speed of delivery. I returned an item and ordered a new one as I'd ordered a size to large and that process worked incredibly smoothly, the money from the original purchase was refunded promptly. The last time I had bought suits from Elvi they were still on the high street so when I needed new ones I was thrilled to find them available on line. What I particularly like is there is nothing "boring" about the suits and clothes they sell. They are all interesting and much better quality than I have seen in + sizes from other high street stores or + size providers and I've had some great comments on them from my colleagues and friends.”

“I recently purchased 2 WHITE cami tops on- line only to find on receiving them that they were coloured IVORY. I e-mailed Customer Services who advised me that this was correct since they describe the colour as 'IVORY then WHITE'. I do not understand this at all. In the past I have bought white tops of similar design and these had arrived correctly as being white. Hence my rating on this occasion is ' poor '.”

“Despatch was very efficient. The top is thinner and flimsier than I had realised and I had missed the fact that it came with a vest. This was no doubt my fault, and I still like the general effect, but the more obvious you can make information about fabrics the better.”
