“I have bought clothes from Elvi for many, many years. Unfortunately, recently, I have noticed that the quality is not nearly so good. In June I bought items and 2 of my purchases' stitching came away AT FIRST WEAR while out with friends- at the sleeve in one garment and at the buttons on the other. Stupidly, I threw them out before voicing my complaint on Facebook. I was told I should have returned the clothes, but I'd had them a week, after quickly trying them on when I received them, and I'd disposed of the plastic returns bag. I used to be able to get many sparkly tops for Christmas events and, when going to my son's school/ charity balls, could always rely on Elvi to get my occasion outfits. I rarely can do this as the range stocked now tends to be rather dull and disappointing. I'm sorry to be so negative, but if it was my business, I'd want customers to be totally frank when they have been asked for feedback. I do wish ELVI well and I will, hopefully, continue to shop with you.”

“I have bought from Elvi for many years and the standard of clothing has always been first class size wise and quality.As my local shop has closed I was happy to find what I needed on the web site.However I do not like the postal charge .I have to spend £100 to to get free postage and have to pay for returns,so I do not buy as much as I would like to”
