“I absolutely love the style and quality of all my items! I would have given a 5 out of 5, but the sizing was WAYYY off! I used the sizing chart to make sure I was buying the correct size based off my current measurements, but after receiving the items, I should have bought two sizes down. They were all much bigger than what was listed! I looked into trying to exchange them, but since I live in the U.S. it was going to cost almost as much as I paid for my items to ship them back :(”

“Clothes are nice quality/materials. Still needs to work out it's sizing for US orders. The arms for my coat were off a little, snug, weird placement Unfortunately, it is too expensive to return these items. Return postage cost as much, if not more, than the items themselves, which means I will have to be selective in what I order in the future.”

“The quality and style of the pieces purchased is AMAZING, however, the sizing of the arms is not accurate. The coat I purchased (size 20) does not fit my arms at all! To avoid the exchanging or going up a size I will take the coat to my tailor to alter the arms. The thought of going up in sizing is not preferred. The coat is beautiful and I love it. Advice: Arm measurements should be in the description of the jackets/coats so the items purchased are accurate. The packaging great! I can't wait to buy my next piece!”

“My order came within a couple of days, everything was wrapped well and presented nicely. Everything that I ordered looked amazing before I even tried them on, the quality and attention to detail was great. Will definitely be shopping again soon.”

“I love the new direction Elvi has taken in recent years. Very chic, very modern. BUT it's so important to actually use plus size models. The models on your website are at best 12-14. I think you'll find less returns and more loyal customers if you actually reflect who we are.”
