“The website is pretty good and easy enough to work through. My problem with Elvi at the moment is that the selection seems to be smaller than it was, and I like classic styles rather than all the stuff on there at the moment with asymmetric hems or long tails at the back of tops.”

“Service level excellent, received an immediate response to my email query, however when my order arrived - very quickly - I was disappointed to discover the raincoat did not have button holes to enable the coat to be fastened. This was not highlighted in the description therefore I had to return it. Unfortunately the closest collection point was 18 miles away therefore I have incurred expense travelling to return a purchase I could not use. Hopefully better luck next time. Linda Jardine”

“I am absolutely falling in love with this brand. Each piece has something special, some little detail, that makes each piece unique. I am sad that they don't carry larger sizes -- I wear a US 24/26 and even though Elvi's largest size (UK26/US22) does fit for the most part, it would be great to be able to buy the correct size and KNOW that it will fit instead of just *hoping* that it will stretch enough. I also wish the US shipping wasn't SO EXPENSIVE! Elvi's clothes are super sophisticated and well made for such a low price point. It's so nice to see edgy, unique pieces in plus sizes, and I would buy basically everything if they came in my size”

“Stylish clothes for the larger lady. Order received promptly and nicely packed. Always find it difficult to choose clothes on line and had to return some of the items as didn't like them on. Wish I still had local Elvi store so that I could try before I buy.”

“The trousers you sent me were of excellant quality and material. Sadly the length was about 8inches too long .As it had a zip it would have been expensive to have them altered.I was very disappointed. It would be great if you did differant sizes .I am only 5ft 2inches so I have had to send them back. I find so many stockists do very long lengths on all clothes. There are a lots of shorties around. Be great if you could do shorter ones as well!!! I hope your buyers could resolve this matter. I would certainly shop with you if you did. Some years ago I shopped many times with you and have had many lovely outfits. Many thanks Virginia Woodgate”

“Speedy delivery and skirt is stunning. Beautiful shade although seems longer than stated length. As it was reduced it makes alteration costs viable to wear such a lovely skirt.”

“I have bought Elvi clothes for about 20 years but have been disappointed over the last couple of years as it appears styles are getting too modern and not suitable for the older lady. I like modern clothes but a few more designs suitable for the 60 - 70 age group would be better.”
