“I didn’t even want to give Enact 1 star! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Constantly make promises they don’t keep and have cost me a lot of money. Staff are useless and lie. Staff are not sufficiently trained and this is shocking considering they are dealing with large amounts of money. Any slight complexity with a case and they can’t handle it. Do not use enact and if you are going through a bank who will pay solicitor fees get the name of the ‘solicitors’ they are using before you agree! You are better off paying for your own solicitor and getting a quality job done with a company you trust.”
