“Just been speaking to Mel on chat and Mel was very helpful. My water pump just gave up and I needed next day delivery and Mel was very helpful over chat, very quick to respond (9:15am) and has it all sorted. Very impressed with the sale and the excellent prices on the site, also very clear inc the vat. will be back to review the next stage :-).”

“Energy Generator Sales were the only company I found that were interested in supplying a complete domestic backup power solution in my area. Sales Manager Scott took a lot of time on the phone and on site to make sure we got a suitable system at a modest price. The sub-contracted electricians who installed the necessary wiring and switches were friendly and efficient, and did a very neat job. I would be very happy to recommend this company to anyone needing backup power for their home.”

Dear Jabril, Im sorry but we feel this is very unjust. You're basing this negative review on the premise that we will not refund a used generator that you purchased from us on 20th July 2019 and which you no longer require the service of. I appreciate you have had an issue with the generator which I now believe is resolved under manufacturers warranty and I can understand your Inconvenience caused. But the fact your personal situation has changed and the generators service is no longer required is not a legitimate reason for us to give you a full refund. “I urgently required a generator for Thursday. The order went in on Tuesday and the generator arrived on Wednesday. I filled it with the provided oil, filled it with petrol, gave it three pulls and it started. At 8:30am on Thursday it was providing me all the electric I needed when my supply was cut off for the day. Superb little Honda EU22i generator along with superb service from Energy Generator Sales.........thank you. Andrew Breeze”
