“It would have 5, but due UPS not following the instruction where to leave the package if there was no reply, also they did not deliver on the Friday as per their email, the second email stated it would be delivered at end of the day on Tuesdays. I had to go out in the morning and when I came home at about 14:30, there was UPS note in the door stating the package could be collected after 17:00 locally I arrived at 17:10 and it was not there and I was advised to come back the following day at the same time. I did get an email from UPS saying that it was delivered 17:57 on Tuesday and I could pick it up the next day. Which I did. To sum up I consider that UPS service was appalling and it I require to order anything from Energy Generator, I shall ensure that I will think long and hard about using your company again.”

“Finally installed, this 8kw generator runs my whole 6 bedroom house with ASHP, MVHR, clargester, 120 LED lights and 3 fridges/freezers.... couldn't be happier. It even runs sensitive stuff like modems, TV's, PC's & laptops. All on at the same time the house draws 5 to 6kw. Brilliant”

“Bought a Loncin LC8000 generator and the buying process was very good and all questions were answered and very helpful staff. However when it arrived the box was very squashed and battered about and obviously the driver wanted to be on his way so could not check if it was ok or not. Luckally it was ok. Assembled it all up and put in the oil and petrol and it started well. Went to plug something in to try it and found it only had a 3 round pin socket instead of the usual 3 pin socket. So here I am a week later waiting for a converter cable to arrive before I can actually use it. I would have thought that this would have been made clear during all the conversations and questions I had with them or more so on the web site. I am only saying this as a warning to other people who might make the same mistake.”

“Ultimately I am reasonably happy with the eventual outcome but it took way too long to resolve everything. I placed my order based on the details on the website telling me that the item was in stock and available for next day delivery. It eventually arrived two weeks later after an email (which was not replied to) and a couple of phone calls. I also appreciate from the conversations I had with the sales team that the item was out of stock with the supplier which caused the delay. I have as yet not received the free cover, oil or caravan converter cable which were advertised as being included with the generator. I have chased these items up today but am not holding my breath. I have obviously already purchased oil anyway to get it up and running. My main grumble is really that if the website was kept up to date then I would have prepared for the longer delivery time or chosen to place the order elsewhere. I was lucky that I had no time pressure for delivery. If I had needed this urgently then I would have been more annoyed.”

“I found my whole purchase experience very easy and trouble free. Price was good too. My generator arrived in excellent condition and was well packaged. Unfortunately, I had some manufacturers technical issues to start with but the help I received from Energy Generator Sales - specifically Melanie Reeves, who became my point of contact - was outstanding. So good in fact I’m delighted to have bought from this company. It’s when things go wrong that a company is tested. Mel showed that caring human touch so lacking in many companies customer support arms. I can highly recommend Energy Generator Sales and will buy again from them. As for my generator, after the initial teething problems it’s running very sweetly. Very pleased. Thank you very much Mel, and thank you Energy Generator Sales!”
