“It is a pleasure to deal with a company who are so professional. I researched generators on all sites on the Internet and initially spoke to James in sales regarding a new Champion 2500watt which was out of stock. I made further enquiries and all other suppliers were out of stock. I re-contacted the company and spoke to Trevor. Totally professional on the phone, polite, honest and a pleasure to speak with. He took my order for the Champion and gave an estimated delivery date. As covid was getting worse in the UK and I needed to return to France, the Champion had still not arrived so spoke to Trevor again. Explained my situation and changed order for the Honda EU 2200i which was in stock. This was late Friday afternoon. Generator arrived Tuesday. Have not used the machine yet but for the politeness and professionalism of the two people I dealt with, would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Very pleased with the Honda product although the process of getting it was less than wonderful. Ordered it on a Saturday, it was in-stock with next day delivery. As it was a Saturday I did not expect it to be delivered on Sunday, but by Monday PM I had heard nothing. Phoned and was told it had been dispatched. Next day nothing so phoned again and told it had not been dispatched as it was out of stock. If new stock arrived that day it would be dispatched. It arrived the next day. Typical on-line automation and human error confusing the client with inaccurate information.”

Dear Philip, Thanks for your review and my apologies that your experience with Energy Generators wasn't up to the level you expected. Unfortunately, our normal AM delivery from Honda was delayed and we were unable to despatch your order on Monday PM as previously advised. Energy prides itself on the level of communication we offer our customers but on this occasion, I accept that it should have been better. Please again accept my apologies and hopefully, we can do business again in the future. Regards Scott

“Delivery was excellent. The only thing stopping me given 5 stars is the fact that I have asked for a stamped warranty 3 times now and have still not received it. I understand they register the warranty but I want a stamped warranty as proof and as the lady I spoke to promised to send me”
