“The staff were very helpful in answering my questions (both pre and post sale), and they accommodated my request to view a particular generator at their premises. They were set up to do so in a safe manner, given the COVID-19 pandemic. Purchasing was even easier, done on their website via PayPal (thank you for supporting PayPal!) and the delivery was safe, and speedy. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.”

“Buying such an expensive item via an online store can be a little hazardous. So it was a pleasure to find Energy Generator Sales. The communication between the store and myself was excellent (via an online chat facility) and my order for a Honda generator was received at 9 am the next working day as promised. “Bought a new Honda water pump and the first time I used it the hose connector broke. Phoned for a new part and after waiting two weeks was told the part was obsolete. So I am left with a 1500 pounds pump that doesn’t work. Pump was ok but service terrible.”
