Dealing with EO was harder than it should have been and the production of a quote took weeks. The installer was fantastic however and went above and beyond. Charger is small and discreet so happy about that.

I was kept informed throughout the process and was very pleased with the installation. The charger looks as though it will do it’s job but unfortunately the delivery date for our electric vehicle has been put back 6 months so I haven’t been able to use the charger hence 4 star review.

My customer experience was great. The engineer was also great. The app however is not so great. I had to continuously connect to the charging point in order to view status updates on my phone. The initial readings were not correct. The downside to the charger is that there does not appear to be a locking facility. It would be good if this was available.

Charger is good, however I cannot give it 5 stars as the product was left not setup for the app, due to relationship with the installer.

I am happy with my charging point but am still in dispute with SRG Electrical about monies owed to us. They quoted for work which was not carried out by the electrician on-site and have refused to refund despite giving me assurances that they will. It has been almost 8 weeks since the installation and I am still chasing them for £312 that they owe us.

Installation was good. Bought the tethered charger, but they forgot to include the wall clip for the cable.

Nice neat little charger, easy to use App. Feels a little light on features. For example I’d like to be able to set the car to only charge to 80% from the charger.

The EO team were very helpful and it was quick and easy to submit a remote survey. They also assisted me with extra forms that were needed to claim the OLEV grant. The installer did a nice job in setting up the charger at my house and we’re friendly and professional.

Getting the Government grant took 18 months before installation could take place. This was not the fault of the company, but the Government’s policy that you have to obtain the grant first before installation instead of after installation. The company was very good in that they kept to the price quoted despite the delay on getting the grant because the company that held the freehold of my flat folded, and I had to purchase the freehold with the other flat owner from Bona Vacantia to prove I had a dedicated parking area and permission for it to be installed. The installation company that they used was brilliant. The only problem with the charging unit is that needs some form of locking in the cable as it can be pulled out whilst charging by some miscreant.

Excllent charger unit and small enough to appease the conservation officer. for a Listed Building installastion The installation was neat and tidy and very efficiently done despite the appalling weather.

Unfortunately we had a faulty charger and initially it was very frustrating as it took weeks before anyone contacted us and anything was done. Eventually we were told we were having a new charger as there had been a faulty batch. Once Andrew became involved our customer experience was as we had hoped it would have been from the start. Andrew made sure everything was fixed and working and can’t praise him highly enough.

In truth, the charger is fine but I've had real problems with the company from whom I bought it. Thankfully, EO have been brilliant and have helped me overcome the shorcomings of my supplier. Rating the charger alone I'd have to give it 5*. And EO customer support 6*!

install was quick. electrician went thru it all easily. 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems to take 5 hours, rather tan the 3-4 advertised

very complicated order form, lack of attention to detail from EO, poor communication from EO (charger just arrived in a box by post without warning!), excellent service from ‘plug me in’ installation sub-contractor, very neat installation. Yet to test when car arrives.

Incredibly impressed by the entire purchase and customer service experience. The install went great and we’re delighted with our EO charger, looks great on our period property especially in the Matt Black. Would give 5 stars if the application was updated to match the quality of the rest of the experience. The application is incredibly clunky and dated.
