“From start at the enquiry stage to install the service I received from OE was second to none! Application process was so simple, requiring a few photos to help aid the approved installer generating a quote. Regular countdown updates from Edward at OE reminded me of my approaching installation date right to the day. Installation on the day was performed by the approved installer in no time at all, with some brief Instructions on how to operate the smart charger received at the end of installation by the smarter Utility installer which really was so simple. once I downloaded and activated the required App. Happy customer. 👍”

“Easy straight forward process to arrange a quote and installation process. Charging point is small and discreet and exactly what I wanted. Even though charging point is quite a distance from the house, the wifi still connects and the app works perfectly”

“EO were very helpful through the application process. Could do with more information about actual charger options, but overall a very good service with a good outcome of a fully functioning charger using solar and off peak power. Thank you”

“I approached a few companies to get an EV charger installed at my residence. Some of them asked for payment upfront, which I straight away discarded. Some others took so long to respond, that I didn't bother with them at all. EO was the only one who was very prompt, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and then gave me a firm installation date straight after that. No payment requested upfront - invoice sent after everything was done and I was satisfied. The installation itself was very quick and professional and the person who came to install very thorough and knowledgeable. He came with his own portable battery operated vacuum cleaner, and cleaned up the installation area after him, even though this was outside my property. The unit that was installed is the most compact available on the market”

“All good. Think the EO Mini Pro 2 would benefit from having the socket on the underside rather than on the front. With cable plugged in the assembly protrudes from the wall even though the unit is neat and small. If underneath it would be even more neat and compact.”

“Just had the EO Mini Pro 2 (tethered) charger installed and everything appears to be working well including the EO app. The EO support team kept in contact and provided regular updates on when the installation would be completed, so overall, very pleased with service received so far!”
