“Fast install and easy to use (although the app could be better). Charged my car overnight and cost me £8.40... beats a £60-£70 petrol charge!!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Have to give praise to the engineer on the day. Very quick install very tidy and minimum disruption. Very friendly and helpful too. Took time to help me sort out the app as was having issues with the 2 4 and 5g signals from my router. Very satisfied customer”

“Please do not buy this charge unit. I am an electrician and fitted at my home only to be told that unless I become one of their installers it will only work as plug and play with no smart features.”

“Just had a new unit fitted today under warranty and still cannot set night rate time charging as soon as the car is plugged in it charges, the app is so frustrating there must be simpler ways to charge a car, at the cheaper electricity night rate. My advice look elsewhere”

“EO people very good at organising installation. Lots of communication Installer was helpful and peasant as well as professional After installation I got support from Crosstech (installers) as my new car was set only to receive 6 amps!Once I adjusted this I got full power from my charger and the EO app allowed timed charging during the night first time. Very pleased”

“The installers from EV Domestic did a very neat job and explained how everything worked. The device connected to the Wifi without issue and the setup was quite simple. It's a nicely designed unit and delivered a nice 6.9Kw . It would be ideal if the app could be updated to easily add the tariff you are on. The app worked without issue on my Pixel 4a.”

“The charger itself is neat and relatively unobtrusive. The installation was efficient and the installers were very helpful - we had a site visit to work out the best location for the charger and routing of the electrical supply. Unfortunately the EO app is the weak link, it is unreliable and hard to use (as many app store reviewers have pointed out).”

“Jade was very helpful in sorting out the details when ordering the charger. We communicated via email and phone. Ashley, the fitter, was professional and friendly. He fitted the charger inside the garage and clearly takes a pride in his work as he paid such attention to details and left the area cleaner than he found it. Brilliant to be able to charge the car at home.”
