“We bought our first electric car four years ago and the Charger was EO and recently the cable was difficult to take out of charger and than it stop working. I rang the company and Andrew Whitmarsh helped to ensure we got a replacement charger and the followed up all the time . I recommend them to all looking for a wall mounted charger. Thanks Andrew and Team”

“EO make the whole process easy from start to finish. Great product, installation was outsourced to an accredited electrical company who were very efficient and did a great job at my home. The EO charging station itself is neat and tidy on my cottage wall and makes car charging simple and easy. Highly recommend EO!”

“Really speedy service from completing survey to booking installation (only 2 weeks) compared to other installers (some over 4 months due to chip delay). The installer (Phil) was very friendly and helpful and did a great job”

“The Engineer arrived at appointed time on the day, although it had taken considerably longer than the 3 weeks originally suggested to get to installation point. The unanticipated need to self- survey the site, with measurements, a detailed sketch plan, photographs and providing other information, which took several days to assemble, caused some appreciable delay, but also did give us a better idea of the whole installation enterprise. We were pleased to avoid the exterior surface wiring option when deciding the charger location, and appreciate the security of an interior over-ride switch. Installation was achieved well within the allocated time frame, and we now look forward to trouble free car charging for a considerable time to come. Definitely a 5 star rating. Many thanks!”

“The communication keeping me inform was good all through the process confirming details at each stage and sending reminders of appointment day before hand. On the day, the installer had a problem with the previous appointment which was making him later than planned. He provided two updates during the day eventually saying his expect arrival time would be at 4 pm. At that stage I had my doubts as whether it would be completed on the day, but he arrived just after 4pm and worked through until it was completed. Thankfully it was a quicker job than the previous appointment!”

“Customer service from start to finish was first-class. The buying process was easy, subcontractor that fitted was professional, clean, tidy and fast. There were updates and reminders on my upcoming installation, enough to be informative and not too much to be annoying! I didn’t want a massive charger on the front of the house, the EO mini is perfect. Other contenders were BP Chargemaster and PodPoint. I’m so glad I went with EO.”

“Just had my EV charge point fitted this week and have to say that I am delighted with the professional job that the installers made. The service was first class and the workmanship was to an excellent standard and finish. I would highly recommend EO charging and WB Electrical to anyone considering or looking for a professional charge point installer. Martyn McGuinness”

“eo was recommended to me by a family friend and it did not disappoint. Great communication between eo, the customer and the installation company. Sharon was very friendly and helpful when asked any questions regarding the charger and the installation. The engineers Chris & Sam were very professional, friendly and explained what they were going to do and made sure I was happy with everything before they started. The quality of the installation and the charger is excellent. On completion, Chris & Sam left the area clean and tidy and went through setting up the eo app with me and made sure everything was set up and working before they left. I would highly recommend an eo charging point.”
