We are very pleased with the service that we received from EO and it contrasted vastly and very favourably with the responses that we received from other organisations when we began our inquiries to purchase a charging point. The inquiry was handled efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Subsequent queries (of which there were few) we dealt with promptly and the ultimate quotation was attractive. The lead up to installation was deal with and the engineer kept us informed as to arrival times as promised and he arrived on time and completed the work cleanly, professionally and carefully, including the customer briefing. We would have no hesitation is recommending them (and have already done so) and, should we need the service again, we would not contact anyone else.

The engineer who installed my charger was excellent. He discussed my options with me before commencing work, was very professional in his work and didn't make any mess and my charger is working perfectly, Thank You

My experience from the outset wasn't great. I had an EO Smart Home charger installed, that turned out to be not very smart; it wouldn't respond to commands from the app (the only way of controlling the unit), and had to be hard reset often. Waking up to an uncharged car is more than inconvenient; only made more frustrating by the Monday to Friday opening hours of EO's phone lines, meaning I couldn't get support there and then. The biggest frustration came with poor CRM. If I called up, the person answering the phone wouldn't have a record of my details, my charger, or all the previous calls to-hand. In other words, I was repeating myself and going through the same processes every time, with no success. Fast-forward a year, and the problems persist despite multiple troubleshooting attempts with EO. Fortunately, my case was handed to Thomas at that point, who took ownership from then on. Long story short, Thomas stayed in touch, and ultimately arranged for a new charger to be installed. Despite there being an issue with the new installation, Thomas checked in frequently meaning we were able to diagnose the problem quickly without going through basic (and unnecessary) troubleshooting steps. Even after the installation was corrected, Thomas checked in to ensure things were working as they should; it's this level of personable customer relations that I appreciate, and is an example of how customer service should be. I now have a working charger (so far so good), and faith somewhat restored in EO with an extended warranty as a goodwill gesture, in lieu of spending a year with a faulty charger!

EO have rebuilt our Support Team over the last 12 months and also deployed the worlds leading CRM system. It takes some time to get staff up to speed in a new industry and products, these products evolve and become smarter weekly so we have focused heavily on Support and our products to make sure we remain a world class provider of EV Charging services and with world class support. Very professional service with regular communication about installation date, good information on what would be involved. The installation team were equally professional especially when some aspects needed to be adjusted. The only negative is our Smart Meter isn't reading the electricity meter since the charger installation and the normally very responsive Octopus team seem to be a bit overwhelmed at present

Excellent service both via the phone and the installer that attended. Simon our fitter explained everything and checked each stage with me to ensure it was all correct and cleaned up after he had finished. Highly recommended

We had the EO charger installed a few months ago. It has stopped working with apparently no power getting to it. I called the EO technical support this morning who advised it would take 10 days or longer to get somebody out to look at it let alone fix it. I live in the country and rely upon this. THE RESPONSE TIME IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. VERY POOR SERVICE

Although I enjoy the convenience of our charger if the off peak scheduling function isn't working then we re not enjoying the benefits. repeatedly the charging cycle continues into the non off peak period and we end up paying much more for our electricity. Frankly I think we deserve a refund on additional costs because this feature isn't working properly. I raised this once and the weekend setting was adjusted, but it keeps happening.
