“Wasn’t given a choice of charger by Mercedes had to choose this one where there’s space taken up inside for a board containing the RCD etc where the ones I install have them all built into the charger itself leading to a lot less messy installation. Also the App is not very good.”

“Excellent experience from initial ordering to installation. We were kept informed throughout the process and the customer service team were responsive and knowledgable when dealing with our queries. The installation wasn’t straightforward as we needed the unit to be connected via the Consumer Unit in the our Annexe rather than in the main house. Danny the engineer was extremely thorough and professional and consulted us at all stages to make sure we were happy with the proposed approach. The final result is fantastic with a very discreet unit that is almost hidden from view and delivering at full rate to our new Kia eNiro.”

“Very happy with the work done and my installer was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The charger is compact and neatly installed and in my preferred location. Nothing specific to criticise but I think the EO app could be improved upon.”

“Has to be zero. Charged the EV 3 times and the red light is flashing so will need to get it fixed. Poor show.”

“A neat box as portrayed in the promotional material. Charge rate up to specification. The accompanying app is in its early days and correspondingly clunky. Very smooth installation despite having to wait ages for a date.”

“Fast efficient service from start to finish, Plug me in installer was a very polite, clean and tidy worker. The fitted charger is unobtrusive and easy to use, the app needs improvement as can be hit and miss with regards to setting the timer however I would totally recommend this charger and company.”

“Brilliant customer service from EO and their installer. Easy and quick to schedule an installation date, they kept me informed of what was going to happen and when. The installer was very professional, found a really direct route to take the cable and trunking, installed the charger neatly and quickly and explained how it worked? Given that I had previously tried to have BG install a charger and they just said it wasnt possible and just came with a " can't be done attitude", EO and their team were amazing. Would recommend them every time.”
