“Although the installation was excellent and Dan our fitter was very neat and tidy and the end result looks great, my reason for rating 3 out of 5 is because the machine had not been registered so we could not complete or set up the charger.! We are still waiting for this to be done..!”

“Nice, friendly people when you get through to them...but in the nicest possible way, I'd rather not be speaking to them about my second faulty unit. First was replaced after 3 months' struggling. Another 8 months on and the replacement is now faulty. Process to fix/replace revolves around lots of messages, attempts to fix over phone, rebooting, and plenty of wasted time. No response from support. The app is stoneage and only partially works. Replacement was being mooted over a year ago. Sorry, but I could not recommend this EO mini pro.”

“Installed to a high standard by John. Only issue was that the charger didn't arrive prior to his planned visit so he had to return s second time a couple of days later to complete the install.”

“Paid for an inspection which was done incorrectly, Took 6 weeks not 3 as advised by website to get an engineer to site.On positive note the engineer was a star he overcame the inspection issue charger is working well”

“EO was professional from the day I spoke to their Sales Executive 'Alex Gorden' who explained the procedure in what I had to provide for them to price the job and get the ball rolling. Installation was also a professional job by their approved installer.”

“My charger was installed on the 18th November, but when the car was delivered a few days later we discovered the charging point doesn't work. I contacted EO and after a week someone in their technical department called me back and told me there was a fault with the charger and they would liase with the installer to get the unit repalced. It is now the 20th December and after numerous calls the issue still isn't fixed. The installer tells me they are getting a lot of calls from customers with the same problem and can come back and replace the unit when EO send a new one to me. I'm actually on hold with a call to EO trying to get a resolution as I write this.”

“The online tools were quick and easy to use. The problem I found is that it took nearly 2 months for the order to be processed. I had to do all the chasing as commitment dates had come and gone on numerous occasions. I also had installation dates changed. All without the slightest apology or goodwill gesture and with extra cost to myself and inconvenience of using other charging methods.”

“What initially looked like a daunting form, was fine. The photos & things I wasn’t sure about, I just submitted it anyway & very soon had a reply & a phonecall to help fill in the gaps. Then quickly booked in for site survey (our house is old & query) and a fitting date about 6 weeks after initial application. Very helpful, & neat work.”

“I haven't had my EO charger very long, only a few days and all I can say it, it worked when it was programmed to work, so, so far so good. However, I can say that the firm who installed it, and in particular the young man who did the job were wonderful.”

“I got booked in really quickly for an installation, the team happily answered my numerous questions. I also had to cancel my initial installation on the day due a positive covid test that morning, but it was no hassle and I was rebooked following my isolation period. Really pleased with the whole experience overall”
