“Third time lucky The installer did a good job on the third visit due to no fault on his part. First time the charger unit was not delivered so the engineer completed the wiring only and no charger. Second visit wrong charger sent. On the third visit the engineer completed the job with the correct charger. The charger is working fine but not configured with a mobile phone for Remote access. Still waiting for a call back from the Tech team for the last six days.”

“I purchased my charging unit as soon as my electric mini was delivered. it took me some time to decide which charger I should have and because of its size and reliability, chose the EO mini pro. it was installed two weeks after I placed the order. no mess, the person which did the work was good and polite and installed the app for me. unfortunately, he didn't have the cable hook, which I am still waiting for. I would definitely recommend this product.”

“I was really impressed by the level of communication and customer service received from the start of the booking process to installation day. We were kept up to date with appointment details and Dominic our engineer was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. The charging unit is very neat and unobtrusive. Would definitely recommend.”

“The customer service I have received has been amazing! From the first contact I had nothing has been too much, unlike another company tried have install my charge point originally. Throughout the booking process they kept in touch with me via text and email to make sure I knew everything I needed. On the day, the installer (Danny) was so helpful and polite. He helped me setup the app before leaving and ensured I was happy before leaving.”

“The fitter Dom was very courteous phoning ahead to let me know when he was going to arrive. He discussed how he was going to install the charger. Everything was done neatly and professionally. Would definitely recommend the EV charger and the EV charger installer. The app works as expected and the charger delivers the a good charge.”

“The 1st line staff and technicians have been extremely helpful. At times getting speedy response was challenging but understood that the team nos were low. The staff have always been personal, patient and supportive. We were supported to go through problem solving, trying every which way to identify issue. Glad to say we have now identified the uncommon issue. Huge thanks go to Gary and particularly Andrew..who suggested we call him at his home on Saturday, so he could support the solution process. This was above and beyond the call of duty. Huge thanks to all concerned.”

“Absolutely Appalling after sales service. The home charger stopped working the CallCenter lady was completely unable to help me in any way. I could not recommend this company to anyone The home charges are cheaper than others but really don’t bother”

“Very straightforward procedure in selecting the charger I wanted, sending photos of the electrical services at my house and booking the installation of the charging unit. Installation day went very smoothly and efficiently and all complete in under two hours. Professional installer who went through operation of the charging unit and subsequently arranged for Installation certificate.”

“First off: the charger *itself* as hardware is superb. Beautiful and small. Installation went really well. But: the app is an absolute disaster. It beggars belief that a modern piece of hardware would have something with such awful UI, that has so many bugs and which is so poorly put together. The reviews on Apple tell the story, as does the fact you haven't had a single app release in *7 months*! Come on guys. If you want me to help, let me know. I could even get some designs done for you. If you're serious about taking on Zappi and others, you absolutely have to do better.”
