Organising the purchase and install of the EO Mini Pro was super easy, and my referred installer was great. The EO Mini Pro itself looks fantastic on the outside of my garage, it's discreet and unobtrusive which is exactly what I wanted. I would say, however, that it would have been nice for the cabling to go directly into the back of the charger to make the install cleaner. Using the charger is extremely straight forward and easy. What lets the EO Mini Pro down is the mobile app, it's extremely basic compared to other chargers out there, adding some snazzy graphs of usage would be a good start!

Please note that our network of EO Approved Installers has been trained to drill the cable entry at the bottom of the unit to ensure its water-tightness and make sure it’s safe for EV drivers when plugging in their vehicle to the charger. Please note that if the cable entry is drilled at the rear of the unit then the product warranty will be invalid for any water ingress issues or suspect issues from water ingress. Fitted on Thursday, went to charge car the following Thursday and the Charger blew up. My car is currently in the Town Getting charged on a public charger.

Getting the charger installed and fitted was straightforward and efficient when the time came. It did take a bit of time from initial enquiry to fitting date agreement but I guess this was due to a number of parties being involved. The charging unit is very neat - all I need now is the EV car which has been delayed by at least two months!

First charger broke within weeks of use, then took months to get replaced. Charger still doesn't properly detect the car, rate of charge or total charge. App is really basic. Good point is that it's very compact and looks good.

I found the initial enquiry form very laborious and over complicated for a lay person to complete. This difficulty lead to the installers quoting for the installation at the incorrect point. This could have been avoided by a short zoom call so as everyone could have been on the same page. The local “approved” installer was very unsatisfactory and they were the only ones in my area which was very frustrating and unfortunate. It meant that I had to do most of the work for the contractors as all they wanted to do was join the cables at both ends. Definitely more work needs to be done to expand the network of installers and to improve the enquiry experience.
