“Great purchase experience, Edward R from EO kept in touch all the way through from initial enquiry to the day if installation. The lads that EO used are a third party company that EO has enlisted in my area for their installations. They are called Energise EV ltd, I cannot fault their work and they were on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. Only thing I could probably fault is that they didn't give me much help on the EO app that pretty much runs everything on the Mini Pro 2 charger. Luckily, I'm pretty switched on with things and worked it out easily myself. Also, as EO use sub contractors, the service you get will depend on that particular contractor?”

“Getting the Government grant took 18 months before installation could take place. This was not the fault of the company, but the Government’s policy that you have to obtain the grant first before installation instead of after installation. The company was very good in that they kept to the price quoted despite the delay on getting the grant because the company that held the freehold of my flat folded, and I had to purchase the freehold with the other flat owner from Bona Vacantia to prove I had a dedicated parking area and permission for it to be installed. The installation company that they used was brilliant. The only problem with the charging unit is that needs some form of locking in the cable as it can be pulled out whilst charging by some miscreant.”

“Excllent charger unit and small enough to appease the conservation officer. for a Listed Building installastion The installation was neat and tidy and very efficiently done despite the appalling weather.”

“Very good - start to finish. I was pro-actively kept informed at every stage and the install went ahead as planned. Crosstech - brilliant! Very friendly and very engaging. If every install goes like this, then we shouldn't have a problem!!! :-)”

“Unfortunately we had a faulty charger and initially it was very frustrating as it took weeks before anyone contacted us and anything was done. Eventually we were told we were having a new charger as there had been a faulty batch. Once Andrew became involved our customer experience was as we had hoped it would have been from the start. Andrew made sure everything was fixed and working and can’t praise him highly enough.”

“Dear Mr.Jardine, It is not yet a week since installation and I have only once (scheduled) charged. These notwithstanding, I surmise the EO charger will give me years of service; underpinning my confidence is the faultless, confident and happy installation (by Ashley). Indeed, today I have requested invoice to pay up and remain of the view if I had a problem, I will be looked after.”

“In truth, the charger is fine but I've had real problems with the company from whom I bought it. Thankfully, EO have been brilliant and have helped me overcome the shorcomings of my supplier. Rating the charger alone I'd have to give it 5*. And EO customer support 6*!”

“The charger itself is fine but stay clear of the site survey if you don’t want to do it yourself. The service is poor and the people they send aren’t actually qualified to undertake the work.”
