“install was quick. electrician went thru it all easily. 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems to take 5 hours, rather tan the 3-4 advertised”

“Great service from start to finish. The initial form was straight forward to fill out and good contact and communication from EO. Very impressed with Gary and his team from EV-PV that completed the installation. The cable needed to run from the house, up the garden to the garage. Gary contacted me before the installation date to ensure he planned ahead as to where the cable would go. On the day the team got on with it and the charger was installed without any fuss. The trench dug up the garden and the cable attached to the house is a very neat job. The charger was fitted inside the garage exactly where I asked. All in all very happy and would recommend EO and EV-PV for there work.”

“EO claimed that fitting would be in six weeks, took three and half months, finally fitted a 10 daysago and worked for ten minutes until the electrician left. Has not worked since and no sign of anyone coming to fix it”

“The service was avg. the plug me in paper work people know nothing don’t expect them to what a waste of £60. If you have an install which is non standard don’t expect a very well broken down invoice from their installers. Their installers will not contact you will not ans the phone and will not listen to you and talk over you on the phone, and moan about being cold and outside while on a job. The installers staff will invoice at 2353 on a Sunday night and won’t answer the phone in the office because of a issue that doesn’t need to be my issue. You can write a complaint and have it never answered. It’s a wall charger they all do the same thing. It doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. It’s a nice small box yes and has a plug on it.”

“Why is there not a zero star option because this company deserves it. This is a disaster product. The company has no maintenance system in place whatsoever. I had problems with my charger from day 1 which took weeks to fix and then only after I left a stinging review. I was invited to amend the review on the promise of a replacement charger which has never materialised over a year after it was promised. When I followed up I was ignored. This unreliable heap of junk this company supplies has packed up once again. This is sadly the only way this company does anything. Nobody will offer any assistance until you leave a bad review. Pending the action they now take I will be leaving further revelations in due course.”

“We found dealing with EO extremely easy, we dealt with Jade, who was efficient, helpful and kept us in the loop regarding progress. Our charger was fitted recently by EO Etc Ltd; Nick was extremely helpful when deciding where to position the charger, the work was carried out skilfully with the minimum of fuss and Nick was very patient as he explained how to use the app. Would highly recommend both. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting delivery of our vehicle so it will be 4-5 weeks before we actually start using the charger.”

“Smooth installation of my smart new charger, several of the neighbours have commented on how neat it is. Good job EO. I can't comment on long term use as I haven't got my EV yet, but I have used it to charge my parents' when they were visiting and all worked as it should.”

“Little disappointed, install date was changed twice, one which was short notice after booking time off work. Install guy was nice and did a good job. Since the install I’ve had an email from the electricity board saying the install hasn’t been approved as I’m on a loop with next door and they need to come out to the property. Awaiting the visit and the outcome of that now.”
