“Have only used this once so far, but all worked perfectly. Installation by the engineer extremely neatly done with advice on the best location for using it. BUT - the app has been totally useless and makes the charger redundant as a piece of smart equipment. The installation engineer did not assist with the app as I read later he should have done but I suspect that is because he knows how bad the app is. Read other reviews of the app to get a good feel for it. I would have used the smart side of the quipment had it functioned. The reviews I've read don't encourage me to waste any more time trying to get it to work. I'm content that I have a good way of charging the car simply by plugging it in and I believe that software in the car itself may substitute for some of what the app would have done. To EO.... SORT OUT THE APP! People keep telling you. And when you have - do let me know. I'll try again, then.”

“Overall happy with the charge point. Requesting the quote and booking the install was a very easy process. The charge point is one of the smaller discrete wall points that I was looking for. Install was straight forward and the local installer was very helpful. App is basic but easy to use.”

“Installer turned up on time, did a very neat job and tidied up afterwards. He appeared surprised when I asked him to go through set up of the App and to actually get the car charging. I have used the EO App since and initiated charging from the car and via the UVO car app successfully. I cannot seem to find out how to change the tariff in the EO app. Posted on Fb and got lots of complimentary comments about how neat the charger looks. I am very pleased with my choice of home charger.”

“The engineer who installed the charging point was very polite punctual and worked in a very clean way. The only thing I didn’t like was the process of ordering the point. There was lots of emails going backwards and forward. But I have to say that Jade was very helpful and patient. The only suggestion I have is that someone comes Otto do a site survey. The point is easy to use and set up.”

“The EO Mini pro 2 is everything it needs to be and looks great too (without being the size of a dustbin lid, unlike other wall mounted options). The app works well with the car and vice versa so control is easy to manage. Great install from RollingsEV (recommended EO installer). Good advice from the quote team and an amazing job from the fit team on the day Downside is I can only give a maximum of five stars....”

“Online Quotation Process Really wanted to use this company but was unable to satisfy the 'No metal within 15m of the proposed charge point location' condition on ANY side of my dwelling.”

“Guys arrived on time. Very polite and helpful. Did a really neat job, my wife’s fussy and even she was pleased. Took me through the software registration, which was probably the most difficult part. Charger working fine, excellent job. Thank you.”
