“Although arriving late for the scheduled appointment with no communication initiated by the customer service team, when the engineer arrived he very quickly got to the task and installed the charger exactly where I wanted it and cleaned and tidied up the area. Great job and I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“Charger a neat unit and works well. Some initial teething problems resolved very speedily by Jack in the customer response team. He was especially helpful.”

“A small hiccup on the installation (down to installer and not EO). All sorted out very quickly. Other than the tiny oversight, the installer was fantastic. Happy days”

“EO approved my application efficiently and answered my queries. The installation date was arranged after my new EV arrived to ensure correct positioning of charger. However, the installation team on arrival were critical of various aspects of the house electrics which turned out to be nothing to do with the charger installation. After that the charger installation went very well and is very neat, they ensured the work area was clean and tidy. I would have given 5 stars if the installation had gone smoother.”

“It took 3 separate appointments to install the charger. One was cancelled because the installer called in sick last minute. At second appointment it turned out EO had failed to send me all the necessary hardware. Third to finish the install when all the hardware was finally here. EO never informed me I would be send any hardware so I was unaware some bits where missing when the installer arrived.”

“Can't fault EO! Struggled to get much sense out of a number of other charger companies but EO's communications were always great. Made the grant application and odering easy then straight in contact with the installers. Mike and Nikki made a great job of the installation and everything was sorted in a few weeks. Highly recommended.”

“Pleased with my charger. Couple of problems during installation due to positioning and faulty rcd's but the EO team and Stratford Energy were quick to put these right. Unit is small and unobtrusive, easy to connect and with octopus go tarrifs is saving me a bundle.”

“I'm unable to give a good review as the workplace charger that has been fitted at my office is incompatible with my VW ID3. Do not buy an EO Genius charger if you have an ID3.”
