“Service from start to finish was excellent from EO Charging. The Charge unit itself is excellent, just what we need for a discreet installation and the ability to match it to Octopus Go to get cheap charging rates gives a great total solution”

“Had an approved electrician come and install an EO Mini Pro charging point. The unit met my requirements perfectly and looks amazing in the garage. A few niggles setting the app up due to the unit being far away from the router, but I eventually got it setup and it works great with my car! I can now charge quite a bit faster.”

“A great EV charger. I was looking for a compact charger with smart features and the EO Mini Pro 2 is the perfect choice. Hardly visible on the side on my property. Very happy overall. Highly recommended”

“Although arriving late for the scheduled appointment with no communication initiated by the customer service team, when the engineer arrived he very quickly got to the task and installed the charger exactly where I wanted it and cleaned and tidied up the area. Great job and I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“A small hiccup on the installation (down to installer and not EO). All sorted out very quickly. Other than the tiny oversight, the installer was fantastic. Happy days”

“EO approved my application efficiently and answered my queries. The installation date was arranged after my new EV arrived to ensure correct positioning of charger. However, the installation team on arrival were critical of various aspects of the house electrics which turned out to be nothing to do with the charger installation. After that the charger installation went very well and is very neat, they ensured the work area was clean and tidy. I would have given 5 stars if the installation had gone smoother.”

“It took 3 separate appointments to install the charger. One was cancelled because the installer called in sick last minute. At second appointment it turned out EO had failed to send me all the necessary hardware. Third to finish the install when all the hardware was finally here. EO never informed me I would be send any hardware so I was unaware some bits where missing when the installer arrived.”
