“Excellent installation, full transparency and great comms during quoting. The engineers then did an excellent job fitting the charger, not the easiest job with the house being 100 years old.”

“Brilliant Customer Service. Responsive to e-mails & over the phone. Streamlined process with no issues. The installer (EV Domestic) was courteous and professional. Notified us of arrival time + gave a call 30mins before arriving to ensure everything was in order.”

“I have shopped around and got quotes but Colin at EO was the only person who used common sense when looking at fitting the charger. Its was easy to get a quote and you should call them.”

The process was simple, everything was clear upfront and the install went smoothly. The Mini Pro 2 unit works great and it is very discreet, which is exactly what I was looking for.”

“Really pleased with the charger - it's small and unobtrusive and works great. The app is a little clunky but it has worked flawlessly for me to schedule charging to match my cheap off-peak rates. Can't comment on reliability as it's only been in a week so far.”

“I spent ages researching EV Charger points and chose the EO Pro 2 because it is a bit more discreet than most of the others. I wanted something that blended in with the front of my house. It's probably the smallest on the market but also very, in computer terms, "smart". Up to now it's been totally reliable and very easy to use. The app that controls it has a simple interface, easy to understand and connects to the socket instantly.”

“Booking was straight forward. The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy call 45 minutes before arriving. He was professional, friendly, adhered to all COVID guidelines and installed the charger in little time. Excellent experience!”

“Fabulous service, answered every question and did absolutely everything they said they would do. From the first e-mail contact, on the phone and in person during the fitting. Not something you get from many companies these days. I did the research in advance and great product too.”
