Please, just tell us when this will happen!! A date please. No vague comments like ‘soon’!!
Also the current Usage information and graphs seem to vary between a few different styles. Some show usage to include daily fixed charge and others don’t. Some are vertical and some horizontal graphs (apologies if there is a technical term for this).
For goodness sake sort this out.
