“I ordered a Pikeur Paulin showjacket. When it arrived I realised the wrong colour had been sent and although it was beautiful it didn’t match my other show gear. When I phoned, the lady I spoke to was super helpful and apologetic that the website photo was incorrect and offered to send me a label to return for free and they would send the correct jacket straight away. In the end I loved the jacket so much I decided to change my other gear instead. I had the black and rose gold which is gorgeous.”
